otto

Part of the Egon Collection, Otto explores the meeting of geometry and light. Its angular outline is softened by rounded edges, while the transparent amber of the Solar colourway reveals the construction within.

There is a quiet pleasure in these details: the rhythm of the rivets, the slender temples, the way colour gathers at the edges. A frame with a vintage sensibility and an expressive, architectural presence.

Italian M49 bioacetate by Mazzucchelli 1849 gives Otto its transparency and polished lustre. Light passes through the frame, revealing the metal cores within its slender temples and lending depth to every contour.

Made with wood-derived cellulose and a plant-based plasticiser, M49 reduces reliance on fossil-derived ingredients while preserving the strength and rich colour of traditional acetate.

ZEISS lenses complete the frame, with a choice of sun, polarised or light-adaptive options—selected for the light you move through.

A geometric frame with a softly angular, almost octagonal silhouette. Defined corners and rounded transitions bring structure to the face, balanced by slender temples and a sculpted bridge.

In Solar, translucent amber gives the frame a warm, luminous appearance, allowing its construction to become part of its character.
