Otto

Part of the Egon Collection, Otto Optical explores the quiet interplay of geometry and transparency. Its angular silhouette recalls vintage eyewear, softened by rounded transitions and the light passing through the frame.

With clear lenses, the construction becomes part of the expression: paired rivets, visible temple cores and colour gathering along the edges. An architectural shape with an intimate, everyday presence.

Italian M49 bioacetate by Mazzucchelli 1849 gives Otto Optical its transparency and polished lustre. Light passes through the frame, revealing the metal cores within its slender temples and lending depth to every contour.

Made with wood-derived cellulose and a plant-based plasticiser, M49 reduces reliance on fossil-derived ingredients while preserving the strength and rich colour of traditional acetate.

Complete your frame with ZEISS prescription lenses, with clear or light-adaptive options tailored to your vision and daily life.

A softly angular, almost octagonal frame with a defined brow and gently rounded corners. Otto Optical brings structure to the face, balanced by slender temples and translucent colourways that give the silhouette an airy appearance.

Its geometric outline offers a distinctive alternative to a classic square frame, with discreet rivets completing the vintage character.
